I recently took 2 bookshelves in great condition to donate. When I pulled up, the guy that came out looked at them, squinched his nose at them and said, "They're in bad condition" I said, "What? No, actually they are in great condition." He then went back there, reluctantly took them off the truck then asked if I wanted to donate to a kids charity fund.
