My mob No 9446616571 was given to flex for Rs 110 on 13th oct to a nearest Mobil shop. But he charged in to a wrong No 9440016571 which is not existing, and he demanded Rs 110 towards the wrong charging. Is it possible to to loss money on the number which is not existing?
