I am absolutely disgusted and it appears I am not the only one. I made a debit card call in Victoria station in London England to my sister who I need to contact urgently and have just seen that the call cost me £10. I was so disgusted that I called the company for a breakdown and they infomed me that my coonection fee had been £6.99 (£7 in other words) I complained and said that I had had no warning of such an extortionate charge and they offered me a meagre £3 refund I insisted on the £6.99 refund but they said... read full review »
