ordered one charger on Sept. 16, 2010 - Sept 17 - 2 chargers arrived - wrong chargers and I only ordered one talked with Fredera Sept 17 - talked with Trisha - correct one will be shipped to you immediately - waited one week - no charger. Called on Sept 24 - talked with supervisor named Sidera ... she blew me off and told me she could not help me ... then a young man named Jamil came on phone ... he promised me that he would have correct charger to me within 1 business day ... that he would personally put it in the mail. read full review »
