I have just spoken to a customer service agent at AIG NTL UNION FIRE & ACCIDENT INSURANCE regarding two charges to my credit card on 10/12/2010. ONE is for $9.95 the other is for $19.90. I did not order this insurance. They would not help me since I "could not verify the personal/security information". THIS WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO SINCE I AM NOT THE PERSON WHO IS ON THE ACCOUNT!!! She just kept repeating that she could not help me since I could not verify any information.
