The attitude of the clerks were just terrible. They use strong language and have no respect for the customers. As if their position is higher than the customers, looking down on each of them. They forget that they are public "servant." Yet, they don't act like servants but irresponsible adults. They got angry and raise voice when I asked questions. I was appalled. It was deeply offensive.
