Promising an increase in web based leads and customer interest and sales, we gave Reachlocal a chance. BIG MISTAKE ! They can not deliver what they say they can and are not easy to get a hold of ~ during a crisis the salesperson was not available for 3 days ! A crisis being, our internet leads plumetted to a point we had almost no customers to contact and make sales, this is our life blood and a necessity to stay in business.
