I have a small business in Nashville that was supposed to receive a delivery from one of my suppliers. Vitrans website said it was scheduled to come on Monday ( it didn't). I called on Tuesday and was guaranteed it would get out that day ( it didn't). On Tuesday night, a woman told me it would come after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday (no show again). On Wednesday evening, I spoke with the so-called manager that guaranteed it would be the first drop the next morning, Thurday. He said it would be about 8:00 and 8:30 at latest.
