The Manager of this store at 251 W. Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst, NY, Mr. Odk, refused to refund deposit bottles which were purchased at his store. He said I must make a purchase in order to get my refund. That is against the law. I contact Ms. Janey Appia Comacho, customer manager, at Seven 11 Corporate headquarters. She did nothing. I contacted the President of 7 Eleven, Mr. Joseph DePinto, never heard back from him. Real professionals working at 7 Eleven corporate headquarters!!! They don't have the professional courtesy to address consumer complaints. Boycot this 7 Eleven store. They violate consumer rights and are extremely rude. read full review »
