I placed an order with this store on 4/24/2010. I received an immediate order confirmation. Then I didn't receive anything until 5/5/2010 when they sent an email that my order had supposedly shipped. I never received anything until today (6/6/2010). When I advised them of the possible loss of the shipment on 5/17/2010, I received a standardized reply they would get in touch. They never did.
