This guy does very shady business. Theres reports of him scamming, I'm not sure if their true or not but do not trade to this guy. I honestly would not be suprised if hes now scamming with the fall of FFXI. I had an account recalled after paying him $5000 and he offered no help in helping me or anything. He offers little or no money for your account, and he sells it for 5 times the value. If your a FFXI Account player and want to sell your account. Do it yourself.
