I ordered a lamp from my projector from this site. They sent me the wrong part, then argued that it would fit if I turned it a certain way and/or removed the lamp housing. I finally convinced them that the lamp they sent was for a mitsubishi and my projector is a viewsonic. They admitted that there was a glitch in their system, and told me they would give me a refund. I am still waiting for the mailing label 4 months later. I call them every week and every week they assure me that it will be sent. read full review »
