This is in reference to Mr. ScottAS's complaint dated 8/21. This is Brian from the RMA Dept of Gen-X Tech, LLC. Mr. ScottAS bought a K7@ 850combo that is running at 106MHz bus to achieve 850MHz for Gaming optimization. Mr. ScottAS claimed that the combo refused to run at 850MHz but is fine at 100MHz bus for 800MHz. Mr. ScottAS was offered RMA repeatedly but refused to send the combo back in for repair/inspection/replacement.
