I ordered a copy of the French movie "Ponette" that was advertised as having English subtitles. The movie I received had only Korean subtitles. I sent a message to ImportCDs stating that I had not received the product ordered and asked them to look at their stock of DVD's of that film. I got a response telling me to return the DVD for a refund. The way I see it I already paid $9 for the film and now they are asking me to pay another $3 to send it back! All that for a $6 refund!
