I took several chairs to Holloways Upholstery to have them re upholstered. Pricing was different than what was verbally quoted. I asked for but never received an email outlining the cost per piece. Even so, I paid in full when my chairs came back to me. One of the chairs was not put back to gether correctly, and when we finally sat in the chair, the back fell off. Then we noticed that Holloways damaged the wood, splitting it, when they used too much force and the wrong sized screws.
