I complained to your repair department about my land line not working. They checked and said it was on the outside of my home. A repair person was to come out the same day. Oct.13 up to 8PM. Phone rang and said they would be out on Oct 14th, 8-5. No one showed up for a second day and no one called. I called your service dept which took forever using up all my cell phone minutes and the person I spoke with said he would have the repair person call me right away and give me approx. time of arrival.
