These people are very bad news. Most of the hardware at these stores is low-grade OEM stuff, not proper boxed equipment .. their return policy is garbage, the prices are too high, they will blame you for ANYTHING, even if the product was defective. Their staff is rude and utterly obnoxious. They won't lift a finger to help. When I last went into one of their locations (I've visitied 2), 2 staff members ignored me entirely when I asked for their help. They just pretended I wasn't speaking.
