I applied for a home mortgage with Chase and got pre-approved. After that they spend 45 days trying to collect the same information 3 times. My escrow got expired and my loan underwriter still asking the same questions. When I asked the loan officer whether the underwriter looked at the documents, his response was, well, you just have to keep sending whatever they want if you want the loan because you got no choice.
