These guys are a bit shady. I purchased a VWIC-2MFT-T1 dual T1 cisco interface card for my router in January. I found them first in a search by price on pricegrabber or pricewatch and the reviews here were decent. So $392 for this new retail boxed product seemed great since the next closest I saw was nearly $700 and then most places jumped to over $1000.
