This Tri-Star company sent a rep to our door and offered us an extended warranty on our Vortech Vacuum. We took it because our machine is older and they said they would send us a new special filter and 48 bags. It cost us $295 and 8 months later, our vacuum is now completely broken, and we never have received the bags. I called them 3 months ago and it took WEEKS to return my call. They promised to send me a belt and never did. I have called them 3 times in the past 4 weeks, and they have yet to return my call. We feel victimized and Dennis Small should be ashamed at his service and scamming business! read full review »
