Dunkin Donuts
On 9/30/2010 in Newark Liberty International Airport at Dunkin Donuts at terminal A @ 0400. I purchased a large french vanilla coffee. The coffee tasted very bad. I brought the coffee back and spoke with employee Jayshri Patel (Shift Leader). Dunkin Donuts employee Patel was very rude and she refused to exchange my full cup of coffee. She claims that I have to change my coffee immediately. Dunkin donuts in Newark Airport does not have any signs displayed that indicate this. I am very upset and I have never been treated so badly. Can someone please contact me with details on how I can make a complaint. read full review »
