I am upset with Verizon's new change in fee structure. They have a "re-stocking" fee. They tell you, you can try out a phone for 30 days and see if its to your liking. However, if you don't like the phone they will charge you $35 to "re-stock" the phone and get another. This process will continue until you get a phone that satisfies your needs. What happened to making the customer happy? Verizon just like the airlines are killing us with hidden fees. Moral of this story...make sure you are darn comfortable with the phone you are getting or go to another carrier. read full review »
