I am so upset after reading these complaints. It brings back the nightmare we went through trying to get a loan modification. They deliberately tried to foreclose on us after we followed their steps they denied us. After over 20 calls they told me they didn't know why the rep denied us and that it was their fault. They wanted me to start all over again. We denied that knowing they could not be trusted and had to come up with almost $4, 000 to keep our home. No restitutions made even after I sent a letter to them. read full review »
