In trying to find out why my phone was not getting signal, I was told by the representative that their phones only work in the zip code they are registered in. I specifically asked, "So, if I activated my phone in my town and then drive an hour away to visit my mom in a different zip code, the phone will stop working when I leave my zip code?"
