Store manager would not let me cancel my order and get a refund on an item that I am still waiting for three weeks for. I was guaranteed 7-10 days but still has not got here. So, went in the store the customer service online says I have a right to cancel my order and get a refund. Store manager and staff were very rude and thought it was a joke and denied me my refund. Told me that when the item was actually in the store they'll cancel it and refund. Made a joke about me being on disabilty and being a Veteran! Told them I would notify... read full review »
