Ripoff Report Verified Safe I was searching for an Apple Iphone 16gb with acessories. I saw ebay item no - 170224068306 matching my requirements on Ebay.com. I bid on the same item but unfortunately was not able make up the highest bid. I was the second highest. I received a mesg on my email address (registered with ebay.com) mentioning me a second chance offer.
