I have been hit with a "past due" amount that I do not owe. I had a "bundle" with Direct TV/Verizen telephone service. Unknown to me, Verizen sold the telephone service to another corp, New Frontier. This made the bundle null and void. Verizen sent an amount owed to Direct TV that was paid...but did not credit Direct TV. Now, I am being told it must be paid or they will turn our service off.
