Chase Banks is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I work for a retail company. Unfortunately, part of our job description is to offer this CRAP Chase Credit Card to our customers. I loved WAMU, it took me a while to find a trustworthy bank and then I found Washington Mutual which was absolutely fantastic.
