Well they seem to be doing it to others still and have no issues with it. I started my refinance on Friday and had all the documents. I faxed them in and then waited. Got a generic e-mail on the weekend and that was it. The following week we kept trying to lock the rate and the rep kept insisting not to as "it will go lower I am sure of it", but he would not explain himself. It is 8 days later, the lender fees have gone up $800 and no personal responses from the rep or his supervisor. We have a credit score of 795, all... read full review »
