My credit card bill is due today, however, when I went on line to pay the bill I was told that I would have to pay an additional $10 if I wanted to make my payment the same day. Did I miss something? I do not understand why I am being pinalized for paying on time. the payment should be credited to your account the same day. when I called their cusotmer service from hell I was basically told that I had no choice and that I had to pay the extra $10, I then asked for a manager and then I was transferred to a Brian at ext 3159 who had no... read full review »
