Total ripoff. In February they charged $13, 500 on my credit card and I got absolutely nothing. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and still couldn't get my money back. The woman in charge, Monick misrepresents their capabilities (aka LIES). It is a total waste of time. I will continue to file complaints about them everywhere I can. We are organizing a picket event at their offices in Encino.
