I signed up for automatic bill pay on comcast.net. To this day it still says I'm enrolled in automatic payments, HOWEVER, I get a notice in the mail that my automatic check was returned from the bank. When I called the customer service agent to find out why (b/c yes, I have the money in my account to pay) he said I had no bank account, phone number, etc associated w/ my account. When I prompted him to dig further he told me to stop interrupting him. I also continued to get mail bills after signing up for Eco-bill. Comcast promise... read full review »
