One of mycell phones has been getting text messages that show up on my bill as Prem SMS 25209 Text messaging and Prem 258258 Celebrity squares LLC. The messages come to the phone and are deleted before opened, but the charge is 9.99 per message. The person who uses that phone went to a website to find out about Rules for child Abandonment and had to register on one of the sites.
