Minor points: They missed two ducts, did not replace three duct covers, and just brought in a vacuum, not the amazing machine they touted at sale. Major points: They dislodged our washing machine hose (while cleaning dryer duct) and so we flooded our laundry room next time we did laundry; they charged $50 extra to clean furnace and did not do so. I had a home inspector look to see if they did, and they definitely did not.
