I ordered shades for two very big windows on Feb 10 of 2010 and today is March 4-not shipped yet. Called the company and they told me that "Bali" is behind the schedule and the order will be shipped on March 12. I called Bali and they told me that my order was on hold by Americanblinds.com until March 2- the day when I checked my order status. But, of course, they charged my credit card on Feb 10.
