Streaming Flix charged my Frontier phone company $14.95 for a service that I never ordered. I called Streaming Flix and was told that they would send me a copy of the "exact order" that was placed. It came to my email address in a PDF file, strangely in the exact screenshot of the entire Internet Explorer screen--a clear forgery. The representative told me that they would 'cancel' the service but that I would probably be responsible for the original charge on my phone bill.
