DirecTV and Best Buy have not issued my giftcard rebate although I fulfilled all the conditions of the promotion. After listening to the DirecTV representative's pitch at Best Buy, I signed up for DirecTV. I had just moved to the area and had already signed up to have Time Warner cable come out the following week.
