Our mortgage was originally with Countrywide Mortgage, whom apparently sold it to Bank of America home mortgages. We have had to refinance our home, at the direction of a shady attorney and his alliances, to finance a very costly legal battle of our Marine son back in 2006-7, who was charged with murder in Iraq. Since that time, if we are even one day past the due date of our mortgage, we start receiving harassing phone calls.
