I was charge $159.00 payment through my credit card and did not even know what cost $159.00 for the registration. I tired to contact them to talk to a person, but I could only use live chat. Anyway I mentioned my compliant about the unauthorized $159.00 registration charges. I told them to cancel my registration and have my $159.00 refunded. I mailed my mail-in refund request form on 9/28/10 and am still waiting for their responds. I just wanted to go on their web sites location again, and I realized that there were so many people victimized by this company. read full review »
