Ordered product 06/08/10, called to cancel 06/15/10, definitely within the 10 day cancellation period. Charged again, called again to cancel on 08/23/10 and was even transferred to supervisor who sent me a cancellation email, asked me to complete and return. I would not let him off of the phone until he received the email, and he even provided a cancellation confirmation #.
