I received a call today on my cell phone from a Middle eastern man, who said he worked for "The law enforcement and investigation department" and that I had taken out a payday loan and had not paid it back, the company had tried to take the money back from my account and were unsuccessful. I tried to explain to him that I had never taken out a payday loan, and he pretty much laughed at me.. He could offer me no specifics regarding this loan, like the amount...
