I also had the problem of Direct TV using my debit card without my authorization in the amount of 188.78. i made a one time payment and made it very clear that it was only to be used that one time and then three months later i checked my bank account to find this transaction. when i called Direct TV they stated that they keep debit/credit card information on file and they have the right to use it whenever they want. This is not right and should not be allowed. Now i have to prove to my bank that i did not authorize the transaction. read full review »
