I have duplicated payments in November and the people from that company stated that they have no policy to return my double payment and I am paid up till December. In turn I explain I accrued overcharges over $800.00 and they still don't care about my financial issue. I can't believe how this company can be so insensitive when they bought my loan from Saxon which has always treated us so well. I will also be writing to their President Bill Herby if it will make a difference. read full review »
