The service from this website was awful - i'm still waiting for a refund since last Christmas! I'd advise you dont order any Christmas beers. I ordered in plenty of time before Christmas - a few days before it became clear the order would not arrive so I tried to cancel. Not possible. Customer services closed for Christmas and New Year. I sent various emails but they insisted on delivering the parcel in the New Year as the order had gone through.
