Don't waste your time on skin products that are formulated for skin whitening and sold over the internet. I have done research into this for years and have lost much money. I have seen plastic surgeons for this type of condition. The only thing that works is hydroquinone and you can only get a high percentage of that by prescription from certain doctor's offices. If you really want to lighten you skin find someone to sell you a 7% cream and don't throw away your money non prescription products that do not have high concentrations of hydroquinone. read full review »
