Idearc Media overcharged me so I had to call the customer service number. I was on hold for over one hour listening to a message that says how important my business is to them! Don't use Idearc Media as they will screw up your bill over and over again and then you cannot reach them when you have any problems. I have never experienced such a pathetic company with such crappy customer service. APPARENTLY MY BUSINESS IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM AS THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! read full review »
