Pre paid cell phone companies need to be look into in the usa. these company are not doing right by the people. companies like safe link wireless, tracfone and net 10 (all the same company). GIVE HOPE TO LOW INCOME RESIDENCE BUT A LOT OF THE TIME THEY TAKE THAT AWAY WHEN THEY TURN OFF A PHONE FOR NO REASON, WILL NOT REFUND YOU MONEY FOR UNUSED MINUTES WHEN YOU PHONE BREAKS OR STOPS WORKING AND/OR YOUR FEED UP WITH BAD SERVICE.
