I have a friend who had dealings with the director of this establishment who was rather reluctant to relay the experience to others. But when I heard about this Barbara Flanigan and the nature of how she has conducted herself in the past, I was so taken back that I had to say a few words. In my opinion, individuals like this have no right running any pet center. Animals should be under the care of people who are compassionate, not money-hungry trolls. read full review »
