The transition of this company for my auto loan has not been "seamless" at all as promised by Citifinancial. Their representatives are horrible and provide no customer service on aiding in their online issues with making payments. I was already frustrated that I couldn't get my account set up to make my payment only to have someone in collections answer the call and just tells me to email and they will call back. I got annoyed that this is at their convenience after sitting on hold and she refused my payment over the phone and hung up on me. Really!! I'm just trying to make a payment! read full review »
