Toyota Financial reposessed my mother's car becasue she was TWO payments late. (my mother is 78 years old. No letter, no warning, no phone call. (oh except the recorded phone calls that say 8-3-9-2-1-8. Please call 1-800-xxx-xxxx. After calling to explain the late payments, and attempt to make a payment to get caught up, we were told "NO - it's too late.
